I give my consent for my child(ren) to attend the Family Fellowship event at Lyman Orchards located in Middlefield, CT. I understand if my child is being transported via a member's vehicle of the First Congregational Church of Deep River, that we will be at the church prior to the time they are leaving and we will be at the church to pick-up our child prior to the time noted. I understand If times vary, a call will be made directly to a parent.
