Our Summer Faith Adventures program ANCHORED – DEEPENING FAITH IN GOD will be held in early summer. All our brave “Skippers” are invited to embark on a high‑seas journey filled with excitement, discovery, and faith. Throughout this voyage, our youth will explore powerful stories from both the Old and New Testaments and learn that God is always with them—guiding, strengthening, and encouraging them through every wave.
Anchors up for a week of laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments as we dive into God’s presence and discover the courage that comes from trusting Him. Get ready… the adventure of a lifetime awaits!
All in the community are welcome, so be sure to invite your friends!

Confirmation
Open to individuals in 8th grade and above, as well as older adults
Confirmation prepares young and older adults for membership in the Church. Confirmation completes the process which, for many, began when they were baptized. It gives young adults the opportunity to accept for themselves the promises their parents made for them at baptism. Classes start in September and Confirmands may pick a mentor of their choice. View our calendar for the next Confirmation class schedule.
Contacts: Rev. Dr. Cheryl Caronna, Sybil Higgins, Chelsea Chiappa Ehmke
Preparing Your Faith Statement
Every Confirmand is asked to prepare a Faith Statement as a culmination of their Confirmation experience. A Faith Statement is an expression of what faith means to you.
Take time to plan and work on your Faith Statement so it is meaningful to you. Think of your hobbies or interests, and work with your mentor to prepare your presentation. You will have the opportunity to present your Faith Statement at the Confirmation luncheon and they will be on display for Confirmation Sunday.
Creative ideas for your Faith Statement:
- Poem
- Letter
- Painting
- Shadow box
- Family collage
- PowerPoint
- Musical presentation
- Song or Dance
- Lyrical or Instrumental composition
